Interestingly, I got this link the same day I experienced -two- incidents at work where I had patrons who were apparently native speakers of English, but made no sense at all. One of them was likely schizophrenic and had mud and blood all over his shirt. His question was just "word salad": ie: "The facts of the thing where my room is on the part of that sister's dress in the country of men who...", with occasional pauses that suggested sentence ends.
