Doing some work in the basement to clean up after the mild flooding led me to stand on a ladder an look into my crawlspace. Wow, did I find some stuff:

Also found: 2 lengths of telephone cord, 2 metal pipes, a carpet remnant, a key and keychain from an unmarked hotel or motel, a luggage tag, a miniature baseball card, and a flyer from a jewelry store in the U.S. Virgin Islands. |
