lara's philosophy corner [Apr. 10th, 2004|09:22 am]
Just me.

I used to read this as "Walk always with Walk", which made me think, "What, as opposed to walk always with Run"?

But the more you say it aloud, the more it sounds like its part of a series of Koans:

If a Man walks all ways without walk and there's no one to see him, does he actually walk?
Can a Man walk always without walk, or merely walk all ways?

I bet if you were stoned the first time you encounted that sign, it'd be really funny.

It's really funny, and I'm not stoned. It reads like a '50s-era ad for some magical product called WALK that lets you walk all ways.

Who walks one way is walking without Walk.

He who walks with Walk walks all ways.

Can you walk all ways without forgetting to chew your gum?

Abandon walking and walk all ways with Walk.
